MEET THE TEAM
Roy has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He serves as a Managing Director of the company. His lifelong residence on the Isle of Wight brings invaluable knowledge of the area. His local expertise enhances his ability to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities present in the region’s construction landscape. Roy oversees all aspects of the business including financial management, project planning, and ensuring compliance with regulations. He also plays a key role in communicating with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and employees. He leads by example, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and innovation within the organisation.
Clive is in charge of running the working site on a day-to-day basis bringing all the trades together to create the development we see today.
Having started his working life as an apprentice bricklayer for Island Builders at 16 years old, he completed his apprenticeship, gaining his City and Guilds qualification and title of Apprentice of the Year at the Isle of Wight College. Over the last 20+ years, he and Roy have built over 80 new homes and are currently building in Cowes and Bembridge.
He then went on to put his apprenticeship to work.
After years of brick laying on many sites, and some very prestigious developments and gaining vast experience in all other trades, he finally went on to set up his own company with his business partner Roy Churchill.
With her previous experience working with us from 2018 – 2021, Katie brings a valuable perspective to the team. Katie’s return in 2024 as our Business Development Manager marks a valuable reunion. With her role focused on property sales and rentals, she serves as the primary contact point, managing both social media and traditional channels effectively. Her expertise in this area brings a vital touchpoint for clients seeking properties, ensuring a well-rounded approach to our real estate services.
